Dr. Binkley is a graduate of The University of Georgia and received his degree in dentistry from Temple University in Philadelphia. Upon graduation he completed his postgraduate work at the Emory Dental School in 1990. In 1995 he and his wife Tina, moved to Lawrenceville to build and open this practice. In addition to church activities and spending time with his family, Dr. Binkley enjoys golf and is an avid reader.
Haresh S. Modha, D.D.S., Associate Dentist
Dr. Modha attended the University of Georgia where he studied Microbiology to receive a Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University College of Dentistry in the heart of Manhattan. After graduation, he practiced dentistry in Florida prior to joining Dr. Binkley’s team here in Lawrenceville. In his spare time, Dr. Modha enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing various sports and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
I highly recommend Dr. Binkley and his staff. I'm hesitant with dentistry, but had a swollen face and intense pain.... They got me in same day. I have no insurance, and they did what I needed for the time, at the price they quoted on phone. In addition, with my embarrassment about the appearance of my teeth, along with my anxiety about dentists, he made me feel better, and suggested that I schedule an appointment (I had been squeezed in as emergency) for about an hour with him, to discuss options about work I need done. It truly was a relief, as in addition to all that pain I had great anxiety about going to begin with. If you need a dental practice in Gwinnett, this is the place to go.Thank you again!read more
After my first visit with this office and Dr. Binkley, I can say I've never had such a great dentist, nor have I ever... left a review. The entire environment was nice and his office quickly and efficiently took care of me. Dr. Binkley gave me a second opinion after a rather rough experience with Great Expressions who tried to sell me on several treatments and procedures that I did not agree with. He told me I, in fact, did not need them--my teeth and gums "look fantastic" and I only needed one filling versus the six Great Expressions tried to schedule me for. I will be recommending this office to my family, friends, and co-workers.read more

I took my 3 children to Dr. Binkley for years. He is great with all ages. Now that they're grown, with their own... insurance, they still see Dr. Binkley. My son says he is not just a Dentist but an artist. Highly recommended. Office staff is wonderful too. 5??????????read more
